Eastern Ranges 202cm utility Marcus Krasnadamskis was invited to train with Richmond’s AFL program through the Supplemental Selection Period pathway. That gave the club a live evaluation window rather than a decision based only on junior footage and testing.
For a rebuilding list, an SSP place is small in number but meaningful in opportunity. Richmond could watch how a tall prospect moved, learned and competed inside its own football environment before deciding whether to use a list spot.
