Tasting notes for Dylans MM Estate Grown Pinot Noir,
 
Bouquet: A pinot noir that grabs your attention. Deep rich blueberry, lifted plum and ripe cherry characters, with secondary aromas of strawberry and dried sage.
 
Taste: The aromas are transferred onto the plate with blood plum and spice, balanced with fine-grain tannins. Great persistence of flavour in the mid and back palate.
 
Pairing: Very versatile pairing wine. Best consumed with red meats, charcuterie, patés and terrines.
