Member Draw Rules and Conditions
Terms of Entry - RTSSG Gold Members Draw
1. Eligibility:
● The RTSSG Gold Members Draw is open to all fully paid members of the RTSSG.com website (known as RTSSG Gold)
● The competition is being held in Victoria but may be entered by people in all states of Australia.
● Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
● RTSSG Gold staff members and their agencies, including WebToday.com.au, are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. Entry Period:
● Competition 1 begins on the 1st of every month and the entry period concludes on the 14th of every month, with the draw held on the 15th of every month. Competition 2 begins on the 15th of every month and the entry period concludes on the second-last day of every month, with the draw held on the last day every month.
3. How to Enter:
● No ticket purchase is required for entry.
● All fully paid members of RTSSG.com website are automatically entered into the competition.
● Members who do not wish to be included in the draw may contact RTSSG Gold (info@rtssg.com) for removal.
4. Prize Details:
● Prizes will be awarded as follows:
○ First Prize: An item of Richmond Tigers AFL Club memorabilia worth approximately $400.
○ Second and Third Prize: Each prize worth approximately $50.
5. Winner Selection:
● Winners will be selected randomly from the current members list on the draw dates.
● The draw will take place at 12 noon on the draw dates.
6. Winner Notification:
● Winners will be notified on the RTSSG.com website and by email.
● The winners' names publicised on Facebook.
7. Prize Delivery:
● Prizes will be mailed to the winners, or pick up at football matches may be arranged.
● Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
● Unclaimed prizes will be returned to the draw in the following months such that a fourth prize winner will be drawn.
8. General Terms:
● The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
● RTSSG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
● By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms of Entry and the decisions of RTSSG, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
9. Privacy:
● By entering the competition, winners agree to the use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
● Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
